Deactivate account
Before you continue
Deactivation is a reversible action that blocks sign-in. It is different from deleting your data.
Steps
  1. Enter your Username and Password.
  2. Click Deactivate.
  3. In the confirmation popup, click Deactivate again to finalize.
What happens after deactivation
  • You won’t be able to sign in with this account.
  • Your account status is set to Inactive (deactivated).
What doesn’t happen
  • Your user data is not removed unless an administrator deletes it separately.
  • Your account is not reactivated automatically—contact an administrator if you need access again.
